It was a very well orgainised event and look forward to returning next year. £5 entry free progamme, plus unlimited bus rides on two routes
(1) Around the Westpoint internal road network
(2) From Westpoint into Exeter City Centre (Bus Station)

Best value for money by far.

And the marshalls were excellent, now why can't the Carnival marshalls be the same
